Mini Cooper

The Mini Cooper was originally designed in 1959 in response to a fuel shortage, and the need for more fuel efficient city cars. The first Mini was a two door with a 4 cylinder engine launched in 1959. During the 1960s the compact Mini took on its own distinctive identity, the Mark II Mini adding a new grille in the later part of the decade.

BMW purchased Mini Cooper in the 90′s and have put their highly stylized spin on the little car. In the 2000′s BMW relaunched the Mini Cooper with many technological improvements added. The fuel consumption is economical and they are fun cars to drive.
